My 1-1 coaching is all about maximising the return on the efforts you can realistically put in and is perfect if you need accountability, structure and support alongside the flexibility to work within your hectic schedule.

Because I know most people have done one, and it hasn't worked, and they're back to square one.

My coaching is about giving you exactly what YOU need to succeed, ignoring anything that's unnecessarily extreme, restrictive or distracting, and helping your work WITH you body and your life rather than AGAINST them.

The biggest barrier to your progress isn't time, energy, or effort. It's rarely the case that you can't get life changing results alongside a busy schedule and ever changing responsibilities.

The biggest barrier to your progress is your choice in diet and programme.

And believing that it NEEDS to be extreme, restrictive and 100% perfect.

What it actually need to be is simple, structured, efficient and understanding.

Which is where EXCELLENT coaching comes in.

How Does It Work?

After you've complete the application form, I'll Whatsapp you (or email if you prefer, but they sometimes go to junk) to set you up or book a call if you want some more information.

​

Once you're on board and I'm clear on your goals, training history, lifestyle and limitations, I'll create your bespoke coaching plan.

​

That includes your Nutrition Action Plan, with simple initial targets set by me for you to start working towards. You'll also get your Strength Training Programme, to fit your schedule and progressively challenge your ability level and give you clarity in the gym.

​

You'll get access to my resource library, with over 600 pre-calorie and macro calculated recipes, 50 Nutrition Survival Guides for your favourite high street restaurants and eateries, your calorie guide and calculator, Alcohol Guide and Coaching Guide.

 

These are your tools, the real magic is in the actual coaching.

You will check in with me weekly thereafter, letting me know your progress, and what's gone well and not so well in your process. We assess, refocus and adjust where necessary to continually move you forward week to week.

​

You'll start with high accountability to me, I'll help you keep the initial promises you make to yourself, and gradually I'll teach you how to stay accountable to yourself.

I aim to give you all the support and guidance you need, and if I'm doing a good job that will progressively become less and less.

You'll build the structure, learn the discipline, understand whats important and love the process.

And you have the option to stay as long as you like, or move to my cheaper group coaching service if you love the clarity and structure of coaching, but need less of the intensity of 1-1 (it's no secret, this is the outcome I would love for you. I want you to be able to depend on yourself, not me).

Well, it isn't free, it's £199/m.

But as long as you commit, and if you've read this far I'm confident that you are absolutely ready to commit, this will be the best investment you make in yourself.

If you don't commit, you may waste £199/m.

But remember, staying the same is a decision too, and staying the same comes at a cost.

If you're not happy with your nutrition, strength, lifestyle, routine and health, there is a high cost to staying the same.

By staying the same, you're committing to lower energy, vitality, confidence, poorer health and generally bing less than you know you can be.
